Nadine started her career in a SMI (small and medium-sized industry) as a Chief Administrative Officer. Then she joined Ernst & Young where she worked for 10 years for industry and service firms.
She developed in-depth expertise in risk management and performance improvement. She joined WillBe Group in 2011, seeking new challenges in atypical contexts.
She helps leaders design and pilot transformation projects pertaining to organization, governance and operational performance. Her clients appreciate the breadth of her vision, her pragmatism and her operational sensibility.
For a few years now, Nadine has been working with insurance companies on reporting and risk management issues, helping them comply with Solvency 2.
