Our original positioning in strategy and management consulting serves the global performance of our clients

WillBe Group is characterized by a resolutely entrepreneurial spirit, a capacity to innovate in its offers and a high level of engagement with its customers. Its founders wanted to offer an alternative to traditional consulting.

Our Group is mainly owned by its Associates. It defends an original positioning, which aims to support the development of the overall performance of companies through a transversal and multidimensional approach to transformations. Indeed, we believe that successful leadership is the result of a combination of interrelated factors, a differentiating strategy, the strength of one’s operational and systems processes, as well as the mobilization of one’s stakeholders and the potential of one’s talents.

This led us to develop distinctive offers and nourish sustained publication efforts, fuelled by precious feedback from our numerous missions.

We have developed varied and complementary postures of intervention, both in services and in industry. Our interventions are based on different postures, depending on the needs of our customers:

  • Upstream surveys and road maps Piloting and implementation of complex projects
  • Mentoring, individual and collective coaching
  • Engineering and animation of skills development curriculum (training, action learning …).
  • We strongly believe in the power of “crossed pollinisation”, therefore we intervene in all types of structures (private companies, public and parapublic structures, non-profit organizations). In addition, the diversity and richness of our teams’ experience has allowed us to develop strong sectoral expertise, particularly in the field of “financial services” (banks, insurance companies) or in the industrial sector (agribusiness, energy and utilities, “life sciences”…).

Our commitment to environmental responsibility is attested by the ISO 14001 certification We are committed both to the concept of global performance and to environmental responsibility. We are committed to reducing the impact of our activities on the environment and to participating in the preservation of natural resources. Our environmental charter translates this desire into concrete objectives.
