Victor is an engineer with over 25 years of experience in management; first at France Telecom then with the Group Matra / Lagardère. In 2004, he created Mozart Consulting, a consulting company dedicated to human capital development and engagement, devoted to reconciling socio-economic performance and work life balance.
He created the Well-Being at Work Index (IBET) and he champions new forms of management that focus on employee well-being. He edits the social network platform Allo Boulot Bobo and Web TV Travailler mieux pour Vivre mieux (“Work Better, Live Better”).
