He is an experienced practitioner of corporate finance —banking, private equity & investment (Fund Raising, IPO, Private Equity, M&A). His strategic, management and operational experience is very appreciated by groups which aim for important qualitative or dimensional leaps, notably through mergers & acquisitions.
He is devoted to supporting and challenging entrepreneurs, Boards of Directors and General Management in developing visions, leading teams or implementing complex development plans in national and international contexts.
