A graduate from ICAM (Engineering school) and EDHEC Management, Antoine helps management teams on complex issues that include the three constitutive dimensions of an organization: strategy, systems and management. He operates in the following sectors: infrastructure, building, real estate, low-cost, mobility, dematerialization…He takes satisfaction is seeing fiefdoms fall down, leaders cooperate, visionaries speak of the future with ardor, the transmission of capitalized know-how to youth, vain agitations stopped, serenity spread.
His favorite definition of management is that of Tommy Lasorda, a US baseball coach and director: “Managing people is like holding a bird in your hand: if you hold it too tightly, you kill it, if you hold it too loosely, it flies away”.
