French Minister of Labor Muriel Pénicaud visits the company CAIB

The establishment of a social dialogue within the company CAIB welcomed by the French Minister of Labor, Muriel Pénicaud

Muriel Pénicaud, Minister of Labor of France, visited yesterday the company CAIB (subsidiary of the Liébot group), specialized in industrial joinery in Cholet (49).

She welcomed the establishment of exemplary social dialogue and even cites “Here, there is a common conviction, verified by experience, that social progress and economic performance, not only can but, must go from peer “.

WillBe Group, through its entity Mozart Consulting, has accompanied the company CAIB in setting up a Quality of Work Life agreement via the IBET (Workplace Wellness Index) and an action plan to improve QWL and therefore social performance.

The IBET model has already been adopted by the French major social protection actors such as the APICIL group and the Territoria Mutuelle (entity of AG2R La Mondiale), proof that social dialogue can be set up in both the private and public sectors.
